Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Desiree ("Amber") Kramer is the Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer of Guild Mortgage Company LLC. Amber has held this position since August 2020. As Chief Financial Officer, she is responsible for the accounting, finance, treasury, payroll and facilities functions. Amber has served as Guild Mortgage Company LLC’s Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer since January 2020. Prior to serving as Guild Mortgage Company LLC’s Chief Financial Officer, Amber served in various finance positions at Guild Mortgage Company LLC, including as Guild Mortgage Company LLC’s Senior Vice President, Finance from 2015 to 2020 and its Vice President, Finance from 2010 to 2015, one of its Financial Analysts from 2005 to 2007, and one of its Staff Accountants from 2004 to 2005. Amber earned a bachelor of business administration degree in finance from Texas Christian University and a master of business administration degree from the University of California, Irvine. She is a certified public accountant and a certified mortgage banker.

David Neylan
President and Chief Operating Officer
David M. Neylan is the President and Chief Operating Officer of Guild Holdings Company. In his current roles, David provides strategic, organizational and administrative leadership to the day-to-day company operations and oversees the production, operations and loan administration divisions. David served as Guild Mortgage Company LLC’s Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer since January 2020 and as a member of its board of managers since December 2020. Prior to that, David held a number of leadership positions at Guild Mortgage Company LLC, including as its Senior Vice President, Business Development from August 2014 to December 2019. Before joining Guild Mortgage Company LLC in 2007, David managed the local branch, regional and national origination divisions at CMG Mortgage Inc., a provider of mortgage banking, where he began his career in the mortgage banking industry in 1997. David is currently a member of the board of directors of the California Mortgage Bankers Association, an association representing the California residential and commercial real estate finance industry, and a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association, an association representing the real estate finance industry. David earned a bachelor of science degree from the Marshall School of Business, University of Southern California.
